Key performance areas
As the Ribbon Rolling Mill Operator, you will be responsible for selecting jobs to be performed according to deliver due dates, or as prioritized by the supervisor or lead person. You will maintain good communication with your supervisor by keeping them informed of quality, maintenance, safety, production, and other related issues, and always obtaining supervisory approval for deviations from standard procedures. The Ribbon Rolling Mill Operator will be expected to observe all safety rules, including proper lifting techniques and proper use of all relevant equipment. You will also participate in the annual physical inventory.
Additionally, you will:
The Ribbon Rolling Mill Operator should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment. This role requires manual dexterity and visual and audio ability. You are motivated, with a strong focus on the task at hand.
You should also possess:
Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to speak and read English.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs., and move up to 100 lbs., bend, walk and reach.
