PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 36 months unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Role Purpose This role will coordinate digital/linear sales sponsorships for game time executions/tracking and post-game reporting for the 2020 Tokyo and 2022 Beijing Olympics. This highly visible position will act as the liaison between editorial, ad sales marketing, pricing planning, ad operations, development, digital/linear marketing, tech, and product teams. Day-to-day operations will include coordinating across multiple departments to gather requirements, inform, set timelines and manage production through the lifecycle of a sponsorship/campaign. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and video production experience will be key to success in this large-scale event. Responsibilities Serve as a key contact between several internal groups and act as an internal liaison for all ad sales sponsorships designed to integrate with editorial, ad ops, pricing and planning, digital marketing, social, product/design, and tech/live streaming. Gather and translate editorial and business requirements for digital media products Work in conjunction with the sales team to evaluate specific needs and package digital elements appropriately Prioritize and communicate needs across multiple teams including; design, sales, marketing, production, editorial and technical. Monitor and track project timelines to ensure elements are delivered on-time Ideate and communicate new sponsorship opportunities for sales teamMonitor site bugs and coordinate with development teams to find a resolution. Ensure quality and accuracy of all sponsorship elements including live streaming events.
