Responsibilities: Work closely with clients in understanding the requirements and implementation of the solution, both from a technical and functional perspective, translating business goals and objectives to technical vision and strategy Acts as lead for system administration team Needs to be well versed with all modules of ServiceNow platform Needs to be the quality reviewer of all development work Must align new development against business needs and ensure platform continuity Must be able to translate business goals/vision into a technical design Must be able to capture robust technical capital and maintain a comprehensive design documentation of each evolution of the platform Provide technical direction and guidance to clients on ServiceNow best practices and approaches Subject matter expert in ServiceNow, with the ability to implement out-of-the-box modules and create custom modules as needed Mentor and train junior resources on ServiceNow

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations Experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform development, administration, workflow and web services Strong leadership skills Strong Documentation Strong Communication skills - needs to be able to communicate at an executive level 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
