Global Fire Customer Marketing Director

Key Role working with General Managers, Offering Management and our customer base to drive effective go to market strategies. Design and develop an effective Customer Marketing Organization to ensure coverage across the regions with access to the maximum share of target customer segments. Drive marketing programs to deliver the Building Products Fire Global AOP for sales and gross margin. Lead execution of pricing excellence across and conduct analytics to support development and implementation of pricing policies. Drive the input into the SIOP portfolio process, aggregating and consolidating the product line inputs. Manage the branding structure and ensure the brand positions are observed in the proposition development. This will include products and service wrap that supports the branded proposition. Conduct a strategic analysis of industry and competitors to build market landscape for decision making on key programs and growth initiatives. Principal Responsibilities: Responsibility for
the Global Customer Marketing team to drive customer marketing activities in Building Products Fire. Responsibility for the creation and execution of the Business marketing plan and the marketing results which drive overall business performance. Collaborate with the Offering Management Leaders to develop and manage distinctive strategic, product, service and go to market plans around growth drivers. Partner with the Commercial Excellence organization to scope and deploy channel partner programs that support and reward channel partners to drive Honeywell growth. Build brand awareness and preference among specifiers, consultants, and others in the ecosystem. Design and deploy influencer marketing strategies to drive brand preference and demand generation among specifiers. Define and deploy effective strategies for generating customer demand, aligned to customer buying behaviors and the go-to-market models. Successfully launch new products into the marketplace, partnering with offering
management and commercial excellence, to achieve 100% NPI Say/Do ratios. Provide creative direction, messaging oversight, and an integrated marketing approach to ensure the business has the content it needs for demand generation and sales enablement. Lead the deployment of marketing indirect spend (through agencies) and internal employee effort to maximize return on marketing investment (ROMI). Champion and implement digital marketing excellence in the Business marketing plan and mix. Drive excellence in the Customer Marketing organization within the Business. Partner with the CCO organization and Marketing Operations to recruit, train and develop strong Customer Management leaders for HBT and the businesses.
Develop, execute and measure channel marketing programs and promotions to drive growth targets.
Act as a liaison by working with all aspects of the business to create and measure effective programs and promotions for channel.
Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Marketing organization.

YOU MUST HAVE
* Degree inbusiness, marketing, communications, journalism, or technology
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, and program management, with at least 2 years in people management
* Fluent in English, Other languages desirable
* Travel Globally, primarily EMEA & Americas
