Opportunity to join the new Spine Program atThe Hospital of Central Connecticut!

This is a tremendous opportunity to become one of the groundbreaking specialists in our new Spine Program at The Hospital of Central Connecticut.Hartford HealthCare,the most integrated health care system in CT, and a financially secure six hospital organization with best-in-class clinical and business operations has an opportunity for an advanced practitioner to join our new Spine Program. You will be the lead advanced practitioner of non-operative care to spine patients in our brand new state of the art facility collocated with physical therapy, advanced imaging and interventional radiology services for patients in Hartford HealthCare's central region. This program will serve as the entry point for patients with acute back and neck pain and serve as the model for evidenced based spine care and personalized coordinated care across disciplines.   • Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Masters program preferred
  • Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut
  • Certification or eligible to be certified as a Physician Assistant orNational Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through AACN or ANCC.
  • Ambulatory experience strongly preferred
